You will be prompted for the serial number. Expand the Multisim menu and right click the installed license file and click Activate. Now you can drag and drop the license file on this window.
Once you have the serial number, you can go to Start > All Programs > National Instruments > NI License Manager. Ultiboard is an advanced and flexible PCB layout and routing environment for Multisim schematics and layout. Multisim is an intuitive environment which offers professional tools for research and prototyping for circuit design with advanced simulation mode, comprehensive library of components and validate circuit behavior. 
At this point, the next screen should confirm activation and you can open your Multisim program for use.Circuit Design Suite 14.0 combines NI Multisim 14.0 and NI Ultiboard 14.0 software for a complete circuit design, validation, simulation, and layout platform. Select "Next" again, and the program will send a request to National Instruments\' servers for activation. Leave the box checked that states, "I am the end user of these products." and select "Next". If you create an account, fill out the information asked of you and return to the activation wizard to enter your new credentials. If you do not have an account already, you need to select the "Creation a New Account" option. Next, you need to login to your NI account. Enter the product key you received from Studica (BXXXXXXXX) and select "Next". Choose the first option, which states "Automatically Activate Through a Secure Internet Connection" and select "Next" Under the "Schematic Capture and Simulation" section, right-click on "Student Edition" and select "Activate". In the license manager, click the + icon next to "Multisim 14.x". 
Open up the "NI License Manager" program.In the event you receive an Evaluation Period has ended message and a request for a 20 digit code, please follow the steps below.
